A Voice of the In-Between: Design Thinking and Heart-Centred Leadership

Today’s educational leaders continue to wrestle with the complexities of educational reform. This chapter is a snapshot of our experience as system leaders of infusing design thinking principles into educational leadership practices. What emerged from this process is what we coin ‘heart-centred leadership.’
