A central hole is formed in the side face of the twisting cabinet. A rotating twisting wire device is arranged in the twisting cabinet. All copper wires are rotated and twisted to form a copper line through the rotating twisting wire device. The twisted copper line drives a wire coil to rotate to collect the copper line through a wire collecting shaft. A wire arranging plate is arranged at the front end of the central hole. The copper wires penetrate through small holes of the wire arranging plate. The copper wire twisting machine has the advantages of being capable of guaranteeing orderliness of the copper wires from transportation to collection of the copper wires, not prone to wrapping together until the copper wires are twisted into the copper line, convenient and practical, high in efficiency and labor-saving.
