Compound purification method

2016
A compound purification method according to the present invention comprises: a step for causing a solution that contains a solvent and a hydroxy-substituted aromatic compound represented by formula (A 0 ) and/or formula (B 0 ) to pass through a filter. (In formula (A 0 ): n 0 represents an integer of 0-9; m 0 represents an integer of 0-2; p 0 represents an integer of 0-9, wherein when m 0 is 1, formula (A 0 ) indicates that a naphthalene skeleton or a biphenyl skeleton is included therein; and each R a independently represents a group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, halogen groups, linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl groups having 1-40 carbon atoms, aryl groups having 6-40 carbon atoms and optionally having a substituent group, or alkenyl groups having 2-40 carbon atoms, and the combinations thereof, wherein said alkyl group, aryl group, or alkenyl group may contain an ether bond, a ketone bond, or an ester bond. In formula (B 0 ): n 1 represents an integer of 0-9; p 1 represents an integer of 0-9; and each R b independently represents a group selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, halogen groups, linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl groups having 1-40 carbon atoms, aryl groups having 6-40 carbon atoms and optionally having a substituent group, or alkenyl groups having 2-40 carbon atoms, and the combinations thereof, wherein said alkyl group, aryl group, or alkenyl group may contain an ether bond, a ketone bond, or an ester bond.)
