Preparation of dibutyl phthalate isomer from Semen Vaccariae and its influence on milk production and milk quality of dairy cow.

In this research we separated the active monomer from Semen Vaccaria.Polyamide column chromatography,silica gel column and HPLC preparation chromatography were used in preparing the active monomer of lactation promoting.In addition,animal tests of traditional Chinese medicine injection were carried to verify lactation promoting effect of the isomer in vivo.The results show that: the active monomer of lactation promoting from Semen Vaccariae is dibutyl phthalate.Dibutyl phthalate can promote lactation,milk production of dairy cow significantly increased 17.82%,milk fat increased 6.39%,lactose increased 6.97%,while the milk protein and solid of non-fat have no obvious change.
