Thin-film transistor component

The invention discloses a thin-film transistor component. The thin-film transistor component comprises a substrate and a thin-film transistor formed on the substrate, wherein the bottom of the grid of the thin-film transistor is provided with a shielding object for shielding backlight; and the shielding object covers the whole bottom of the thin-film transistor. The embodiment of the invention adopts the technical scheme that the bottom of the grid of the TFT (Thin-Film Transistor) is provided with the shielding object which can cover the whole bottom of the TFT, and the penetration of the backlight can be better shielded, so that the problems of rate descending and residual shadow and the like occurring on an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) of the TFT are solved.
