Smart Environments. Valorizzazione della ricerca e crescita del territorio negli ambienti intelligenti

The SMART ENVIRONMENT project, developed from 2015 to 2017 within Roma Tre University, has been granted by Regione Lazio with the aim of pushing the research activities oriented to improve the technological competitiveness of the local industrial environment. Research facilities and innovation capabilities, supported by a well-established structure for technological transfer, become the key to sustain the industrial development of the Regione Lazio in a difficult period but with a substantial economic recovery able to guarantee investments. The SMART ENVIRONMENTS project, has explored the so-called third-mission of Italian Universities that consists in putting the relationship with the territory at the centre of the academic work non only producing knowledge but trying to cooperate with the productive structures: industrial, cultural, or service related.
