Multi-carrier measurement configuration method and device

Disclosed are a multi-carrier measurement configuration method and device, which are used for solving the problem in the prior art that when a UE aggregates a plurality of carriers, a carrier measurement method cannot be configured, the applicability is relatively low, and the carrier aggregation efficiency of the UE is reduced. The method comprises: a UE receiving measurement configuration information that carries gap measurement configuration information or small gap measurement configuration information and is issued by a network side, and measuring a plurality of carriers based on received processing configuration information, so as to achieve configuration of a carrier measurement method conducted by the network side, thereby improving the applicability of carrier measurement and thus improving the carrier aggregation efficiency of the UE.
