The youth technical program in New Orleans delights participants

The Youth Technical Program for the 2019 IEEE Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility, Signal & Power Integrity brought together fifteen junior symposium companions and some of their parents to learn about Newton's first law of motion, propulsion, and how to use electricity and magnets to create a simple motor.
