PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersed liquid of CNTs high in dispersibility and having stability while maintaining the excellent electrical properties, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of CNTs.SOLUTION: Provided is a CNT-dispersed liquid as a dispersed liquid of CNTs including a network body made of a plurality of CNTs dispersed into a dispersion medium, in which the pore size at which differential pore volume at the pore size in the range of 0.002 to 10.00 μm measured by a mercury penetration type porosimeter for a CNT assembly obtained by discharging the CNT assembly from the dispersed liquid and performing drying is 0.02 to 2.0 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
