Investigation of the Curie temperature and crystallization of nanocrystalline FeCuNbSiB alloy by the Hopkinson effect
1995
Abstract The Curie temperatures ( T C ) and crystallization of amorphous Fe 73.5 Cu 1 Nb 3 Si 13.5 B 9 alloy were studied by the Hopkinson effect and X-ray diffraction. When the alloy was annealed at 500°C, the crystalline phase appeared. As the annealing temperature was increased, the T C of the crystalline phase rose from 500 to 570°C, and the T C of remaining amorphous phase also changed.
