Space heating efficiency improvements in multi-family buildings. Topical report, January-October 1985

The objectives of the project are to establish the benefits and performance of various energy-conservation measures, to specifically document the performance of these ECM's, to develop procedures for applying and maintaining the devices, and to improve the procedures for selecting ECM's to be installed in multifamily buildings.
