MEASUREMENT OF HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENT AT METAL/MOLD(CHILL) INTERFACE DURING CASTING

In this paper,the changes of temperature of mould chill are measured in the process of solidification by means of experimentation.A value called effective interfacial thermal resistance derived from the temperature measurement is obtained.It can be used for solidification simulation.
