Transnational corporation is a network of related businesses, that originate from one countries and have branches in other countries. These company transferred abroad not a product, but the process of capital investing, combining it with foreign labor force within the international production. Management of transnational corporations based on the mechanism of decision making, that allows to carry out coordinated policy and overall strategy, allocating resources, technology and responsibility for achieving the main result - profit.
