We investigated the neuroimmune status of patients with HSV infection. Th e results of our research bear evidence about tight interaction of nervous and immune systems in the control process over HSV replication, as well as about the presence of gender diff erences of neuroimmune response. Data obtained create prerequisites to using complex psychoneuroimmunology examination of patients with following development of combined antivirus, neurotropic and immunitropic therapy.
