Determination of 2,3,5,4′-four hydroxyl styrene-2-O-β-D-glucosaminidase in Qizhi Jiaonang by RP-HPLC

Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method to determine 2,3,5,4′-four hydroxyl styrene-2-O-β-D-glucosaminidase in Qizhi Jiaonang.Methods Thermo C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water=13∶87,the detective wavelength was 320 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The linear range of 2,3,5,4′-four hydroxyl styrene-2-O-β-D-glucosaminidase was within 0.017 36-0.173 6 μg,r=0.999 9,and the average recovery was 99.6%.Conclusion This method is repeatable,flexibile and highly sensitive,which can be used for the quality control of Qizhi Jiaonang.
