P‐14: Narrow Bezel FFS‐mode De‐mux LCD with the ESL type a‐IGZO TFT

A 5.5 inches narrow bezel FFS-mode De-mux LCD was developed with the ESL type a-IGZO TFTs. Those displays have de-mux functions can narrow the bezel and reduce the number of ICs on the display. The Ion/Ioff of the ESL type TFTs are more than 109.
