Biomonitoring of sanitary protection zone of gas plant is carried out. Change of structure the participation of males in reproduction is established. Small animals with embryonic type of testis are revealed. The hystogenetic analysis showed that such testis is its organotypic regenerate. Structural mechanisms of regeneration of testis are offered. Adaptation opportunities of dynamics of population for maintenance of stable number in adverse habitat conditions are proved.
