Структура и антибиотикорезистентность уропатогенов, выделенных у новорожденных с инфекцией мочевых путей

The article presents the results of bacteriological investigation of urine culture of304 newborns. It has been shown that Enterococcus faecalis is the main causative agent of newborn's UTI. It is resistant to many antibiotics except Vancomycin. The low sensitivity to antibiotics was detected in other uropathogens identified in the newborns. It is necessary to carry out the local microbiological monitoring to select the starting mode of antibiotic therapy.
