Switching devices and the load control system

A switch device includes a first operating switch (201A, 201B) that outputs a first operation signal; a second operating switch (202A, 202B) that outputs a second operation signal; a signal transmitting unit (55); a control unit (5), and a switch element (50). The control unit (5) selects one of a first operating mode and a second operating mode, and operates according to the selected operating mode. Upon selecting the first operating mode (second operating mode), the control unit (5) switches the switch element (50) ON or OFF according to the first operation signal (second operation signal), causes the signal transmitting unit (55) to transmit a control signal according to the second operation signal (first operation signal), and, when the signal transmitting unit (55) receives a control signal from another switch device, switch the switch element (50) ON or OFF according to the control signal received.
