Emergency notification method for users of motor vehicles; comprising: establishing a wireless communication between a first NFC sensor attached to a helmet or wearer's garment, and a second sensor NFC incorporated into a mobile communication terminal, and automatic activation in the mobile terminal of an application, when NFC communication is established above; making the application: the location of the geographical coordinates of the location of the mobile terminal; finding a prerecorded emergency notice, and contact details about recipients preselected by the user for receiving emergency calls possible; automatic generation of a message, incorporating prerecorded emergency warning and geographical coordinates; and automatically sending the message generated at preselected recipients, after a time delay.
