Research Progress of the Assessment on Land Reconsolidation Projects in China and Other Countries

The purpose of this paper is to summarize the related research progresses of land reconsolidation assessment in detail based on relevant documents from China and other countries so as to point out the further research direction for land reconsolidation assessment.Methods employed are literature review and induction analysis.The results indicate that(1)great achievements have been obtained through researches on land reconsolidation assessment of China and other counties.Current studies mostly focus on establishing assessment index and obtaining assessment data,but the influential mechanism and improvement measures of assessment results were rarely mentioned;(2)the concept of "performance" has not been planted into land reconsolidation assessment,and the comparative studies on different projects assessment are lacking.It is concluded that the studies on land reconsolidation assessment projects should emphasize the application of comparative study methods,and improve and deepen the issues,such as performance assessment,influential mechanism,improvement measures,quality control and assessment management.
