Tendencies of criminalistics development in the 21st century

The tendencies of criminalistics development deserve a particular attention. It is of a special importance from both scientific and practical aspects of criminalistics, criminal law and criminal procedure, and in general, all criminal law disciplines. The problem has a wider social importance. Criminalistics is one of the main factors in the fight against criminality. The battle against criminality in the future will depend a great deal on how the future criminalistics will be. The paper aims to point to some general tendencies in the development of criminalistics that are present at the beginning of the 21st century, and which at the same time show the expected directions for the future.
