El ARICPC aplicado a comedores colectivos

In 1995 the Sabadell's City Council took part in a New Sanitary Vigilance Programme in collective eating places (schools, kindergarden and rest homes) together with another Barcelona province city councils. The programme was coordinated by de Public Health and Consumption Service of the Diputacion de Barcelona and the porpouse was to introduce HACCP methodology in this kind of vigilance.
