The invention relates to a storage medium with a security feature, having a substrate (1, 4, 10) having at least one functional layer (2, 5, 11), with at least one in the functional layer (2, 5, 11) inscribed and observable in reflection feature and at least one in the functional layer (2, 5, 11) and inscribed observable in transmission characteristic, wherein at least one feature is individualized and wherein at least one feature comprises a diffractive structure. Thus, the technical problem is solved, to allow a greater variety of combinations of different security features. The invention also relates to a method of producing a storage medium with a security feature.
