Application of FBD processes for C3-C4 olefins production from light paraffins

New environmentally sound and economically effective process of light olefins production by paraffins dehydrogenation in a fluidized catalyst bed is reported. The mathematic models allowing to develop the optimum reactor design of a large unit capacity for both propylene, isobutylene and isoamylenes productions have been generated. The models adequacy has been fully confirmed while examining a large commercial olefin production units operation.
