Advanced control technique of nonlinear liquid flow with power converter

An advanced technique is developed for controlling the non-linear liquid flow using power converters. It will be useful for various industrial applications. Voltage of the DC motor is controlled using a buck converter, which in turn controls the flow of the liquid in the tank. The flow of liquid is monitored continuously by the flow sensor and the monitored value is transmitted to microcontroller continuously. The algorithm used in the controller is ANFIS algorithm which will generate the error value. After generating an error value the DC motor voltage is controlled by the controller and the liquid flow speed is regulated properly. It is applied in various industries like sewage industries, food processing industries, shipping areas, petro chemical industries, etc.
