Introduction to Team Decision-Making for Organizations

This is a draft for a follow on workshop, part of a proposed 'new leader' lecture series introducing team decision-making techniques for a range of New Zealand business and community organisations, including NGOs,Co-ops, Activist and IWI (tribal) types but not excluding large private and corporate organisations. The activity incorporates discussions of complexity theory, teamwork, decision-making principles and practices in a range of contexts where outcomes are emergent rather than business-as-usual or pre-determined, including Volatile Uncertain Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) contexts.
