Hepatoblastoma in familial adenomatous polyposis

A case of hepatoblastoma in a patient who had a family history of familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) and then went on to develop FAP is presented. The seven similar cases available in the literature are reviewed and discussed. Our patient is the first who did not exhibit lesions of congenital hypertrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium.
