Independent-control refrigeration and dehumidification device and method

The invention provides an independent-control refrigeration and dehumidification device which is used for conducting dehumidification based on the humidity of area air when the area air is refrigerated. The independent-control refrigeration and dehumidification device is characterized by comprising a refrigerating module and a flow control module, the refrigerating module comprises a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator and a cold pipe, the flow control module is used for controlling flow of high-pressure supercooling liquid-state refrigerants and comprises a temperature-humidity sensing part, a setting and storing part, a comparing part, a judging and controlling part and a throttling and flow-limiting part. When a low-flow control signal is output by the judging and controlling part, the throttling and flow-limiting part is controlled to conduct low-flow limiting on the high-pressure supercooling liquid-state refrigerants to obtain low-evaporation-pressure refrigerants, the low-evaporation-pressure refrigerants are evaporated through the evaporator to absorb heat of the area air, and meanwhile dehumidification is conducted on the area air; when a high-flow control signal is output by the judging and controlling part, the throttling and flow-limiting part is controlled to conduct high-flow limiting on the high-pressure supercooling liquid-state refrigerants to obtain high-evaporation-pressure refrigerants, and the high-evaporation-pressure refrigerants are evaporated through the evaporator to absorb the heat of the area air.
