Positive Magnetoresistance in the Variable Range Hopping Conduction Regime in Both Weak and Strong Magnetic Field in the Ordered Defect Compound CuIn3Se5

The variable range hopping conduction of Mott type is observed in two different temperature ranges in the same sample of n‐type CuIn3Se5. The field dependence of the positive magnetoresistance up to 27 T is in complete agreement with the theoretical models but only in the lower temperature range.
