Endoscopic Treatment of Colon Larger Adenomatous Polyps Clinical Observation of 42 Cases

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic treatment for colon larger adenomatous polyps.Methods:The clinical data of 42 cases of colon larger adenomatous polyps in our hospital were retrospective analyzed.Results:All of the 42 cases of colon larger adenomatous polyps were successfully removed. There were no postoperative larger bleeding, perforation and other complications after surgery. 3 cases of bleeding colonic polyps happened in the surgery, the bleeding was stopped by injection with 1:10 000 epinephrine, One patient in the postoperative 8 hours have blood in the stool and stopped by hemostat, the patients with colon polyps were cured after one week.Conclusions:Endoscopic treatment of colon larger adenomatous polyps has good clinical efficacy, no postoperative larger bleeding and perforation complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
