Online Identification Strategy of Synchronous generator Based on Laplacian Eigenmap Algorithm for Wind Power System

This paper proposes a coherency identification strategy for power system under high wind power penetration. It consists of two parts: the offline classification stage and the online identification stage. In the off-line classification stage, the joint analysis of the wind farm and the synchronous unit with the closest electrical distance is performed. The equivalent power angle is obtained to calculate the Laplacian matrix of the improved generator coupling degree. And the eigenvector is solved to obtain classification results. In the online identification stage, the obtained classification results are used as constraints to modify the improved power angle Laplacian matrix under high wind power permeability, and the feature information is extracted to obtain the coherency identification results online. The simulation results show that the improved online coherency identification strategy can accurately complete online identification under different wind power penetration rates.
