La importancia del diagnóstico comunicacional y el conocimiento de la cultura organizacional para la gestión del egreso universitario, ante situaciones de crisis

This paper shows the importance of communicational diagnosis importance and the knowledge of organizational culture for the management of university graduation in crisis situations, studying particularly the graduation in the Licenciatura en Comunicacion Social, of the Facultad de Periodismo y Comunicacion Social of Universidad Nacional de La Plata (FPyCS-UNLP), from the total suspension of face-to-face education by ASPO due to the COVID19 pandemic. With this work, which adds to an extensive trajectory of writing, analysis and knowledge production, we assume the value of managing university graduation as a fundamental variable when diagnosing and planning inclusive educational policies to transform the socioeconomic conditions of our society.
