A lampshade and a light emitting diode (LED) lamp that uses this are provided. The lamp comprises a lamp main screen portion with a curved surface and a radian of the curved surface of the lamp main screen portion is larger than a hemisphere. The lampshade main section includes several lampshade plates. Each of the shade plates has a curved surface and a radian of the curved surface of each of the shade plates is less than or equal to a hemisphere. The lamp comprises a base, the lampshade and light emitting diodes (LCDs). The lamp shade is disposed on the base to form a receiving space. The LEDs are arranged in the receiving space to make it to be scattered by the lampshade from the LED lamp also to allow the light emitted from the LEDs.
