A riveted ion thruster grid electrode part comprises a grid piece and a grid electrode mounting ring, wherein first fixing holes are formed in the periphery of the grid piece, second fixing holes are formed in the periphery of the grid electrode mounting ring, the grid piece and the grid electrode mounting ring are riveted and fixed by using titanium rivets, and the titanium rivets penetrate through the first fixing holes in the grid piece and are riveted with the second fixing holes in the grid electrode mounting ring at the other side. According to the riveted ion thruster grid electrode part, the fixing manner of the grid piece and the grid electrode mounting ring of the grid electrode part is changed to a riveting structure from a conventional nut connecting structure, and the technical problems caused by the conventional nut connecting technique, which is used by people for a long time, are solved. By adopting a titanium rivet riveting and fastening manner to fix the grid piece and the grid electrode mounting ring, the structure of a grid electrode assembly is simplified, the number of standard components is reduced, the reliability of a grid electrode is effectively improved, no looseness occurs, the mechanics resistance is good, the centering performance of the assembly of the grid electrode is improved, intercepted current is reduced, and the service life of the ion thruster is prolonged.
