Process for producing netlike groove formed paper composite filter tip

The invention discloses a process for producing a netlike groove formed paper composite filter tip. The production process mainly comprises manufacture of corrugated paper with netlike grooves and seamless bonding of formed paper and a filament bundle. The manufacture process of the corrugated paper with the netlike grooves mainly comprises the steps of coating of wide bobbin paper, drying, corrugated pressing, slicing and narrow disc rolling; and the seamless bonding of the formed paper and the filament bundle mainly comprises gluing on the inner surface of the corrugated paper, wrapping and bonding of the corrugated paper and the filament bundle, and wrapping and bonding of the formed paper of the outer layer. The corrugated shape of the corrugated paper produced by the technical scheme is firm, and the contact faces of the corrugated paper and the filament bundle are tightly bonded, so the space between the corrugated paper and the formed paper of the outer layer is greatly increased, and the quantity of air entering the filament bundle is greatly increased; and the air and the smoke are not shunted on the contact faces of the corrugated paper and the filament bundle, so uniform mixing of the air in the filter tip and the smoke is favorable, and the concentration of the smoke is reduced.
