Plan Design of Shatterproof Spiral Chute for Lump Coal Silo

Shatterproof spiral chutes are mainly used to prevent the breakage of coal in transportation and storage link.This paper analyzes the reason for the breakage of lump coal,designs a shatterproof spiral chute for lump coal silo,and introduces the working principle,main structure and the layout form of the chute.The chute is installed inside the silo,which can futherly strengthen the stability of the spiral chute.
