RISK MANAGEMENT STRATEGY IN JKP „PARKING SERVIS” – NIS

Today's business environment requires a high level of financial management and financial control of companies. In order to achieve this, it is required to appropriately define and determine all possible business risks.European Union countries legislation are dedicated to this topic and countries which are in process of joining the European Union are suggested to incorporate financial management and financial control through their regulations as well as strategy of business risk management. Having realized the importance of this issue, JKP Parking Service Nis managed to introduce the financial management system among the first in Serbia as well to define a risk management strategy, which not only executed its legal obligation but also raised the level of business security and the level of business performance of the company.
