Die Klimawirksamkeit von Methan

The time dependence of the climatic impact of methane emissions relative to CO 2 is discussed in this article. A central conclusion of this article is that for judging future emissions the climatic impact has to be considered time dependent; it allows decisions up to the time horizon of the calculation. The inclusion of specific methane and carbon dioxide emissions of fossil energy sources suggests the substitution hard coal>brown coal>oil>natural gas into question
