입양아동의 입양관련 활동 참여경험에 관한 질적 사례연구

2018
The purpose of this study was to understand the experiences of adopted children's participation in activities related with adoption. To accomplish this goal, researchers collected data on the 30 adopted children’s experience of activity related with adoption through in-depth interviews with adoptive children, and analyzed the data through qualitative case study approaches. In the data analysis, the four types of adoption-related activities such as National Adoptive Family Camp experience, Local self-help group activity experience, Group program activity experience and experience of arts(adoption children choir) experience are defined as cases. The analyzes are made in the case of adopted children's perspective in each activity. The topics emerged from between-case analysis are as follows: 'stimulating thought about adoption', 'forming a network of adopted children', 'forming an identity as an adopted child', 'growth and maturity', 'take a point in everyday life: fun, joy and rest’. Based on the results, the practical guidelines should be considered when planning activities to help the adoptive child grow and develop are presented.
