APONTAMENTOS SOBRE A LEGISLAÇÃO BRASILEIRA PARA O ENFRENTAMENTO DA VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA

Resumo: O presente artigo refere-se a parte da pesquisa de doutoramento em Educacao junto ao Instituto de Biociencias da UNESP de Rio Claro. O estudo objetiva a analise das politicas publicas de enfretamento a violencia domestica adotadas pelo Brasil, demonstrando com que servicos as mulheres em situacao de violencia podem contar, os quais sejam extensivos aos seus filhos e filhas. Desse modo realizou-se um mapeamento sobre a legislacao brasileira e os tratados internacionais assinados e ratificados pelo Brasil, relativos aos direitos fundamentais das mulheres, conquistados a partir da segunda metade do seculo XX. Esses documentos foram verificados por meio da analise documental e inicialmente as pesquisas revelaram que nao ha previsao legal especifica para as criancas e os adolescentes que vivenciam o ciclo de violencia juntamente com suas genitoras. Palavras-chave: Violencia domestica, Politicas publicas, Legislacao brasileira. Abstract: This article refers to the part of the PhD research in Education at Unesp in Biosciences Institute in the city of Rio Claro. The study aims to analyze the public policies for dealing with do mestic violence adopted by Brazil, demonstrating with which services women in situations of violence can count, which are extensive to their sons and daughters. In this way, we made a mapping of Brazilian legislation and international treaties that we resigned and ratified by Brazil, on the fundamental rights of women, conquered from the second half of the twentieth century. These documents were  verified through the documentary analys is and initially the surveys revealed that there is not a specific law for children and adolescents who experience the cycle of violence together with their mothers.Keywords: Domestic violence.
