To the Editor Lundberg’s brain-to-brain turnaround loop has proven its usefulness as a conceptual framework for clinical laboratory testing for 40 years. In their article, Plebani and coauthors1 identify 5 major challenges to the turnaround loop that threaten its future relevance. I share their concerns.
