Mapeamento Aéreo com Drone para Planejamento Urbano

Urban development is linked to capitalist production, relations between individuals and forms of space occupation. This research aims to determine the legal, structural and environmental characteristics of urban expansion by allotment in Pau dos Ferros-RN. An analysis was carried out in 23 allotments in the municipality, through documentary investigation and mapping with a drone in conjunction with software for processing and analysis of images. Economic viability and environmental benefits were evidenced in the use of Drone for urban planning. Therefore, it is recommended that these projects be adjusted in the regularity of taxes, possession of the Environmental License and standardization of the structure.
