Педагогические условия формирования управленческой компетентности будущих педагогов профессионального обучения

On the basis of the of literatureanalysis the essence of the concepts "professional and pedagogical competence," "managerial competence" is considered, the indicators of formation are found out, pedagogical conditions forstudents’ managerial competence forming are revealed. The authors note that the purposeful formation of future teachers’managerial competence during learning process requires special teaching environmentcreation, including up-to-date information andtechnological support. The paper presents the experience of information and technological support during learning processin the frames ofspecialty "Professional training (computer science, computer engineering and computer technologies)", implemented in Siberian Federal University at the department "Pedagogy of vocational training." Efficiency of the developed support in the learning process is confirmed by the results of the forming experiment.
