A grafting modification method of antibacterial anticorrosion fly ash

2015
A grafting modification method of antibacterial anticorrosion fly ash is disclosed. The surface of a material mixture obtained from fly ash is subjected to silylation by utilization of (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane, and then butyl methacrylate is grafted to the silylated surface of the material mixture, thus improving system stability, waterproofness and adhesion force. Scolecite modified with silver nitrate is adopted and is high in adsorption bacterial resistance. Trichloroisocyanuric acid, 2-bromocinnamaldehyde, and the like which are added further enhance overall antibacterial and anticorrosion effects. A finished product of the method is suitable for wall bricks, plastic, and the like. Addition of a small amount of the product can achieve effects of enhancing strength and prolonging the service lifetime.
