Externally connected control system of in-mould laminating special injection molding machine and method thereof

The invention relates to an externally connected control system of an in-mould laminating special injection molding machine and a method thereof. The control system comprises a display unit, a controlunit and an interface unit, wherein the display unit comprises an LCD displayer and a liquid crystal touch screen; the control unit comprises an upper computer control unit and a lower computer control unit; the control core of the upper computer control unit is an industrial personal computer with a PC104 bus interface; the industrial personal computer drives the LCD displayer, receives commandsof the liquid crystal touch screen, transmits the commands to a lower computer and receives commands of an upper computer so as to control actions. The system and the method can realize the linkage of the externally connected control system and a common injection molding machine control system, realize control functions of heating a hot runner, controlling temperature, opening and closing the die, drawing a core and opening and closing a valve gate, and achieve the aims of openness, low cost and saving space.
