ПОВЫШЕНИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТА УЧРЕЖДЕНИЙ ЗДРАВООХРАНЕНИЯ В СОВРЕМЕННЫХ УСЛОВИЯХ НА ОСНОВЕ ПРИНЦИПОВ БЕРЕЖЛИВОГО ПРОИЗВОДСТВА

Rising cost and low quality are problems of modern health care. So, improving the effi ciency and quality are strategic goals of health management. Different countries have accumulated experience in solving these problems. Implementation principles of lean manufacturing are one of perspective approach. Current work evaluates the possibility of using the principles of lean production in the health system. Health care has different wastes: time, money, materials. To reduce this wastes medical staff can use a range of tools: mapping the fl ow, 5S, error protection, visualization. Our research has shown the effectiveness of lean approaches to reduce wastes. Low adherence of medical staff to the use lean principals associated with lack of knowledge and low leadership. Based on the research results we provide recommendations effective implementation lean principles in health management.
