A Fuzzy-Based Evaluation Approach for Metering Schemes of Medium-Low Voltage DC Distribution Network

The development of DC distribution networks puts forward new requirements for the DC measurement technology. At present, the national and industrial standards provide overall provisions for setting metering points. However, due to the large number of distributed power sources and DC loads, the combination of the possible metering points, which is called metering schemes, increases. In addition, with the gradual arrival of power reforms, the power companies must not only ensure the reliability and accuracy of the system, but also take into account the economic efficiency in engineering design. Therefore, this paper proposes a fuzzy-based evaluation approach for the selection process of measurement schemes, which comprehensively considers the accuracy, economy and feasibility, and can give a reasonable procedure according to the characteristics of medium and low voltage DC distribution network.
