The invention relates to the field of sludge treatment, in particular to an aerobic treatment device with a sludge sunshine shed. The aerobic treatment device with a sludge sunshine shed comprises a sunshine shed and an aerobic treatment device, wherein the aerobic treatment device is placed in the sunshine shed, and the sunshine shed is set into a sealed body; the upper part of the aerobic treatment device is a U-shaped transparent groove wall, and an aeration system is laid in the lower part; and an aeration pipe is laid by using a grooving and deep embedding method, the aeration pipe is tangential to two bevel edges of the embedded groove, and a small-size filling material, a large-size filling material and the aeration pipe are arranged in the groove in sequence from top to bottom. The aerobic treatment device of the invention enhances aeration performance during the aerobic treatment process of sludge, decreases gas treatment capacity during the aerobic oxidation process of sludge and reduces the investment and operation cost of follow-up treatment equipment.
