Synthesis of human inhibin fragments, preparation and generation of monoclonal antibodies against human inhibin

Several hybridoma cell lines which can secret inhibin McAb were obtained with their high specificity and sensitivity, also with their different titer. These studies were important bases for the further syudy—to establish two-site ELISA.
